Project Overview:
The Ageing in Place Pathfinder is a collaborative initiative in Greater Manchester aimed at improving the quality of life for older residents.
It focuses on creating supportive neighbourhoods and reducing health inequalities for people over 50. The programme emphasises the importance of “place” throughout the life course, particularly in later life, and aims to foster strong connections and well-being in the community.
