OUR MEETINGS
Our Collective Members Meetings (CMM)
Face to Face Meetings run by the Collective
Usually on a Thursday 10.00 am to 12.00 noon approximately every three months
The meeting is open to all working in the VCFSE sector across Trafford. You do not need to be a member to attend but we hope attendance will encourage you to join us as a member.
These meetings aim to bring the whole Collective together and to give all attendees a chance to connect, promote and support the VCFSE sector across Trafford.
Each meeting focuses on a theme and is linked to our members and partners work in that area. There is generally a presentation and/or a speaker from the relevant area.
At these meetings you can also expect an update on strategic developments that impact on the sector and an opportunity to be involved in influencing such developments. They are a great opportunity to network.

Our Annual General Meetings (AGM)
Every winter the Collective shares its achievements from throughout the year and celebrates the work of the VCFSE sector across Trafford.
There are key speaker(s), presentations and we aim to make to it worthwhile and enjoyable event.
The meeting is open to all working in the VCFSE sector across Trafford.
However, members only can vote.

Our Collective Trustee Meetings (CTM)
Our trustees meetings happen face to face and are a platform for trustees to oversee the Collective’s finances and operations.

Our Special Interest Group Meetings (SIG)
These include our Children’s Service Reference Group
If you would like more information and/or to be invited to these meeting please contact us using info@traffordcollective.org.uk or use the contact details within the description of the meeting below.
The Children’s Service Reference Group is open to any VCFSE organisation or group that directly or indirectly provides services to Children, Young People and Families in Trafford. It meets face-to-face approximately every two months with the primary aim to contribute towards improved outcomes for Children and Young People in Trafford.
The core objectives are to:
- Work in partnership to share knowledge, experience, and resources.
- Create a partnership framework for service delivery based on trust, openness, and transparency.
- Create and implement a framework for coproduction with statutory service providers.
- Communicate and engage children, families, and young people in the development, delivery, review, and evaluation of services.
