TCCFace to FaceThese meetings aim to bring the whole Collective together and to give all attendees a chance to connect, promote and support the VCFSE sector across Trafford.
Each meeting focuses on a theme and is linked to our members and partners work in that area. There is generally a presentation and/or a speaker from the relevant area.
At these meetings you can also expect an update on strategic developments that impact on the sector and an opportunity to be involved in influencing such developments.
The meeting is open to all working in the VCFSE sector across Trafford. It is a great opportunity to network an we hope it encourages those who attend to become a member and further support the Collective.

Area Hub Meeting (AHM)Area Dependant Our Lead PartnersFace to Face & OnlinePlease contact your nearest Lead Partner here to find out more about the work they are doing in your area and if you are interested in attending one of the meetings in either the North, South, West of Central areas of Trafford.
These meetings are a great way to work with local organisations and to find out about more about the work of our Lead Partners in your area.

The meeting is open to all working in the VCFSE sector across Trafford. However, members only can vote.

Collective Trustee Meeting (CTM)TCCFace to Face Our trustees meetings are a platform for trustees to oversee the Collective’s finances and operations.

Collective Executive Meeting (CEM)Face to Face Our Lead Partners and others key partners meet to discuss how best to move the work of the Collective forward and to share the work currently going on in across Trafford.

Our February 2024 meeting focused on Volunteering across Trafford. The meeting was well attended and Kaf Bays who is the Delivery Officer for the Collective’s Community Volunteer Network project gave a well received presentation. Please see the presentation here. The Collective’s first public AGM took place in October 2023. At this meeting we showcased much of the Collective’s work.

The Collective is committed to publishing our annual report and accounts each year.

The Collective’s aim is that these documents describe the work already done by the Collective and clarify its future plans.

Along with providing this clear picture of our activities we aim to set out our financial position, including how our funds are spent.
