What is the Collective?
Trafford Community Collective is a member-led organisation that supports the development of the Voluntary, Community, Faith and Social Enterprise (VCFSE) sector across Trafford by promoting a Collective and partnership approach to service development and delivery. We call the it the Collective for short!
The Collective provides a framework and structure for organisations to come together with one voice to ensure the sector is recognised as a strategic partner at all levels in the development and delivery of health and social care services in Trafford.
The Collective supports delivery in ‘place’ through our neighbourhood Lead Partner framework by bringing VCFSE organisations, key stakeholders and members together to create a coordinated approach to service delivery.
If you are are not yet a member of the Collective you can still be involved in our work and be supported by the Collective through attending one of our local Neighbourhood Meetings, delivered by our Lead Partners and by requesting our Regular Update. You can also attend our Trafford Community Collective Meeting.
We believe that through engaging with the Collective you will see for yourself the benefits of becoming a member both for your organisation and the whole VCFSE sector across Trafford. If you would like to become a member please start your application here

We are committed to and believe in the values of openness, transparency and honesty and an approach to communication, engagement and empowerment that demonstrates these values through our behaviour.

We will establish a range of communication channels to will ensure the voices of individuals, families and communities are heard, listened to and acted on in ways that create communication and support systems based on the strengths of individuals, families and communities.
