This month I had the pleasure of talking about the work of Trafford Community Collective in a number of ways. It was fantastic to attend the Central and South Neighbourhood meetings and talk about our joint work across communities.  

I made a number of new contacts and hope that more local groups and charities will be inspired to join the Collective.

I was also invited to run a VLOG for Trafford Local Care Organisation to share our work to other professionals working in the health and social care sector.  Link to here

On 12th February, I attended the Trafford Alcohol and Substance Misuse Stakeholder event held in Stretford. It was amazing to hear the stories and experiences of people who have and continue to address their relationship with alcohol and drugs and to hear the fantastic work of Achieve, Early Break, Intuitive Thinking  and other strategic and local partners who provide support to those on that journey of recovery. We are excited at Trafford Community Collective is contributing to this great work – we have appoint a Trafford Recovery Community Facilitator this week.
